Hola! My name is Rosana Guilliod. I want to introduce myself as the Middle School's lead teacher and the Spanish teacher for the Hybrid High School program. I grew up in a Christian family, and I hope you enjoy learning about English, Mathematics, History, Science, and Spanish with me.

I was born in the best country in the world, Venezuela!, and raised in Puerto Ordaz, Estado Bolivar. I attended college at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. From there, I transferred to the University of Memphis to pursue my Bachelor's in "Foreign Language and Literature" with a minor in Spanish. I have a Diploma in English Language Arts and Educational Psychology. I am also certified in working with students with Special Education Needs, Writing Skills, and TESOL.

In 2003, my teaching career started at The University of Memphis in Memphis, where I worked as a Spanish teacher assistant in The Foreign Language Department. I moved to Guam in 2006 and continued expanding my experience as a Spanish Teacher for Middle School and High School at "Father Duenas Memorial High School" in Ipalao, Guam.

In 2017, I moved to Florida and continued my career teaching fourth grade at "Reborn Christian Academy." I spent my first two years as an instructor teaching students with emotional and behavioral disabilities and children considered gifted. My goal was to help them achieve their academic work and prepare them for life after school. In 2020, I had the blessing of teaching English Language arts at the middle school department of Reborn Christian Academy, an experience I enjoyed with a beautiful group.

In 2021, I had the privilege of working at " Sunshine Elite Academy "as a high school teacher, teaching English language arts, Kings of Israel, and life management. In 2022, I had the opportunity to instruct students at the "Ways of Wisdom Academy," teaching every subject to students in high school and middle school.

Throughout my seven years of teaching in Florida, I have been honored to work with students and alongside teachers in various levels of K-12 classes. I have high expectations for my students and myself. I expect they will do their best work and bring their best attitude every day. Each student brings talents, abilities, and learning styles that enhance the classroom. The variety in the classroom experience increases the depth of the learning experience since each child is different.
